Consultations are available in-person at the Stay Well Clinic (at Stay Well Pharmacy, 27 Shands Road, Hornby, Christchurch), or via Zoom for patients anywhere in New Zealand. Evening appointments are available every Thursday.

For your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a pre-consultation and informed consent form. Mark reads this before you arrive so the consultation is spent on you, not on paperwork. The form will be sent to you when you book.

What to Expect?

Your first consultation is minimum of 60 minutes. Mark will have read your pre-consultation form in advance and will use the time to go through your health history in depth, ask about your diet, medications, and lifestyle, and begin building a picture of what may be driving your condition. You do not need to come with a diagnosis. You do need to come prepared to be asked questions that your GP probably has not had time to ask.
